Siegel Insurance has been in business over 50-years. Their business has mostly come from referrals through friends, family and business associates. Their existing DIY logo was very outdated and remedial. Their website was also 10 years old when they first came to Snowball for branding and design services. The owner had an emotional attachment to his father’s first logo, so this was a gentle situation.
Snowball encouraged the client that we could update (without using the term, “re-design”) the family businesses old logo. We kept with a similar green color and introduced a slate grey for a second color. Then, we designed a simple logo guidelines document that the company can reference for future marketing efforts to help maintain consistency of the brand. The website was designed to capture three target markets: personal insurance; business insurance; and life, health & benefits. The simple, clean design includes lifestyle images to help keep interest and call-to-action links throughout.
The client has proudly embraced the updated branding efforts, which has brought this long standing insurance company into the new age within a competitive market. The company continues to grow better than ever. They were pleasantly surprised at the ease and capability to update content.
