HopCity needed to generate immediate cash flow from the launch of their new business, a craft beer and wine store. They recognized an under serviced craft beer market, which HopCity hoped to tab into.
As part of a larger brand development and integrated marketing effort, Snowball designed a website community for craft beer aficionado’s. The site was designed to build a community for Express Card members. Here, members may rate beers they recently tried and learn about new beer recommendations. The backend database is used to segment market their customers by style of beer and wine favorites. HopCity also promotes several wine and beer tasting events in partnership with local restaurants.
The website design was a big hit with customers. They love the website design and functionality. HopCity has had great success with their business launch and has doubled the size of their first store and opened a second location in Birmingham, AL.
